We are looking for the following qualities in a new engineer:

• BS in Architectural Engineering or Civil Engineering required, MS plus
  
  
• 2 years experience desired
  
  
• Skills with AutoCad desired or ability to learn
  
  
• Skills with various engineering programs and spreadsheets required
  
  
• Flexibility and desire to grow with the company
  
  
• Friendly people skills a must
  
  
• Ability to write and speak English required
  
  
• Abililty to listen and be open minded with clients, architects, designers, and contractors with alternate solutions
